USB printer setup
Use desktop Chrome or Edge on HTTPS or localhost with a TSPL/TSPL2 printer and 35 × 15 mm labels (2 mm gap). On Windows, the printer interface needs a compatible WinUSB driver; an ordinary printer driver may prevent a connection. On Linux, USB permissions may be needed. Close other printer utilities if the interface is busy.

Web Serial works through the browser, but Windows or macOS may still need the correct USB-to-serial driver for the chip inside the cable or device.
